    <description>Make sure the 4200 is the first controller - if it's the boot controller.  The IDE-CD controller should be next followed by the embedded SCSI.  Then try removing the driver for the embedded controller and reinstalling it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is assuming that the tape drive DOES show up during startup (POST).  If it doesn't show up them, make sure the embedded controller is still enabled.</description>
