I am having exactly the same problem. Our server crashed and when we rebooted it we get two long beeps and nothing else. The system is not attempting to boot, our LCD panel show the firmware version but does not show the normal system boot sequence. The LCD panel does not respond to any of the keys either. Did you ever get any more information from Compaq about this problem?

Two long beeps - or two short beeps? Did you add anything to the system recently?
