Array Configuration

Im having some problems with adding 18.2 to my existing Array. The existing Logical drive contains 3 x 18.2 harddrives RAID 5. A brought down the Novell Server and started the acu. When adding drives to the Array, he gives message that one of the two or both drives are smaller then the smallest already in the array. The Array controller is a SMART 2/P with a disk cabinet. When using the array diagnostic tool it shows that the two new drives are 1 MB smaller. I read in the help file of the acu that the new drives can be beneath 10% smaller before the server yells that he dont want him. Please help me!!

Make sure the array controller and server are using the latest ROMs.
