Hi

Does anyone know if I need a Fan option kit for internal Ultrium 2 drives in ML530 G2?

HP have a customer advisory for SDLT 110/220 but I cannot find anything about Ultriums.

I am using Arcserve 11.1 and get an error message " Error 6300 6300 Windows NT SCSI PORT Error Module: Tape Engine Reason: Problem with sending a SCSI command to SCSI device."

Windows eventviewer reports "The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1, did not respond within the timeout period."

I am wondering if the drive has shutdown because it is getting too hot.

Any ideas?
I have used the Firmaware upgrade cd 7.20 to update all components before OS install.

Could it be that I need a newer PSP?
