If I power on a ML350 with Smart Array 641 all works fine and all disks stat up. During a restart withoit power down server the disks don't start up an red arrow blinks on first disk. I've upgraded firmware of server and array. What can I do?

Try to remove the HDD from the slot and insert it again, and if the problem still exist try to reboot the server and once you see the screen detecting the Smart Array 641, you press F8 to see the status of your HDD. Please let me know the status.
