The only reason this wouldn't work would be driver availability. I believe these drivers are available from the different OEM storage vendors (depending on the controller being used - Promise and LSI logic). The nic driver is available from Broadcom.

Umm, I've used XP on several Proliants. 2003 server drivers have always worked. No sweat.

Hi

Windows XP SP2 has resonably big hardware driver library, so there should not be any problem. Why not give a try?

I have successfully installed Windows XP SP2 on to an ML110 G2

All the drivers were on the Microsoft CD-ROM

If you are using it as a regular PC you will need a Sound Card. I used a Creative Audigy 2 with 100% success.
