topic upgrading hardware and software in ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL)

I've got a 300 MHZ Prosignia 200 running Novell 4.11, and am looking to convert the unit to a windows 2000 server and install exchange server to get the office e-mail cooking. We were running peer to peer e-mail with windows 98 workstations, and that all went away with windows 2000 workstation upgrades. Another microsoft good deal!
Anyhow, we currently have only 64 meg of ram, and mirrored 4G SCSI hard drives. It's a small office. What would be recommended for hardware to make this change, and is it feasible using the 300 MHZ server. I still plan on running or primary LAN server as Novell 4.11. It's solid! I'm also open to any other ideas.
Thanks in advance
Bob L
