I'm also having this problem on a new ML570. My issue however is related to the Smart Start failing during Windows 2000 installation because of "File Not Found" errors. I've checked all the files that are "missing" and they all exist when the CD is read from a different computer. Thoughts? Smart Start doesn't seem to allow me to choose between a CD install or network installation, not the CPQIS type either.
