    <description>You need to install a new IDE controller, a good quality one like Adaptec, one that can controller its insertion into the boot strap. THEN you can use IDE drive in conjuntion with the onboard SCSI and even RAID.</description>

      <description>Our server is configurated to boot from Boot Controller.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Few minutes ago I have installed W2K Server in IDE Hard Disk but I don't know how to do to boot from this new IDE Hard Disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;Jaime</description>

      <description>I'll install SmartArray (possibly 5300 Series, see attachment) on this server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to install optional IDE PCI Controller Card to boot W2K from IDE HDD but before to do it I need warranty if both cards (SmartArray and IDE) are compatibles.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you recommend optional compatible IDE controller? Or where should I ask to be completly sure?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again,&lt;BR /&gt;Jaime</description>
