I have a HP ML 370 server running win 2000 terminal server. i have at least 50 users logging on to this terminal server. suddenly the server restarts at least one time a day or it completely shuts down itself. what can be the problem?

Iven,
I think errors you post not relate to unexpected system shutdown
Can you answer on questions from my first post:
"Do you have any STOP errors in event viewer or any errors in HP integrated management viewer?
Do you have last Proliant support pack and last server firmware installed?"

See http://eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=6004&eventno=1596&source=EventLog&phase=1
about errors you post
