    <description>We have solved the problem! &lt;BR /&gt;The USB plug pins on the front panel were touching the ground (frame, case, body). When we insulated the pins using isolation tape, the symptoms described above ceased. The system is now operating stably.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We have installed Windows 2003 Server SP1 on a ML 570 G3.  The following error appears "USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port"&lt;BR /&gt;All the firmware has been updated &amp;amp; the latest proliant support pack applied.&lt;BR /&gt;I've found a little information that relates to XP but not for Windows 2003.</description>
