      <title>CPU @ 100% after updating Mgmt Agents</title>

      <description>I updated two servers, both DL380 G3's running Win2K3 to 7.40 agents, and after the install, both servers shot up to 100%.  I killed cqmgserv.exe and they went back to normal.  (Actually a little better than normal.)  One server required that I reboot after the install; the other did not.  I did not make any configuration changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What should I be looking at?</description>
