Kernel panic while booting from Firmware Maintenance CD 7.5

Hello!
I have succesfully downloaded and burned the iso-image for the Firmware Maintenance CD 7.5. Everything seems to be ok. I can succesfully boot from the CD, but during the startup, before the start of the GUI, the message "kernel panic: no init found" is shown and the system stops.

Has anyone used this iso-image before?

you do not specify any info about the system you are using this FW version for.
sometimes older hardware is not supported by newest firmware.

I tested the CD with new DL320, DL360 and DL380 Servers, all with the same result

Did you had any problem in the past with previous release ? 7.1 - 7.3 - 7.4 ?

No, I've had no problems with that in the past.
