System Management hompage problems

I am having lots of problems trying to get the HP System Management Homepage to work on a DL320 G3 running windows 2003 server R2 Standard. The pages keep timing out and I can not open any of the options including the version control agent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

SNMP must be installed and configured, after that Version control agent should point to a valid Version control Repository Manager.
