    <description>i removed one of the cpus booted up an it came up with the same screen as above. so i replaced the cpu, an took out the other an this time it wouldnt even boot up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas?</description>

      <description>i have 3 blades, in a enclousre, two of them are fine, one of them on boot says unrecognised cpu, and asks me to run a rompaq, i have contacted hp, they gave me the link to the right rompaq, which i have extracted to a floopy, it doesnt recognis it, so i tryed via ilo, and it stil doesnt pick it up, i have tryed via floppy and creating an image, and neither of them work. just keeps asking for a disk. any ideas?</description>

      <description>wel i didnt extract to floppy i did everything that the dos prompt told me to&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the link to what i was given by hp support is &lt;A href="http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/24818.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/24818.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and the server is a hp bl20p g3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the ilo version is:   1.70, i tryed updating this as well, and it would not do that either.</description>

      <description>ok, the Ilo firmare updated fine, but it still wont let me update the servers firmware. the screen shot attached is the message i get, i press a key it flashes off then comes back on.</description>

      <description>Assuming you have two Identical CPU single Core and Your System Board for Single Core CPU. You got your System from Reseller with two Identical CPU) - for some Reason you have Problem with Unsupported CPU now. If you don't have any other Server to Test if it's CPU problem, try switching to Redundant ROM with CPU that won't power UP or Second one, Use switches 1,5 and 6 from box of 8. Once it done and nothing Helps replace System Board or CPU depend on the Results.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BL20p G3 Dual Core available with 2.8GHz only and system board starts with 4xxxxx-001 for single 3xxxxx-001     &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I updated the ilo firmware using ilo, then updated the firmware on the server, and now it works!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for all your help</description>

      <description>i did, i updated the ILo firmware before i could update the firmware on the blade i belive, it took me a while to solve it, and i cant remember exactly how i did it, but if you have any problems drop me an email to rich@hextable.kent.sch.uk as i tend not to check this forum!</description>
