proliant dl380, red light on first led on frontal panel

proliant dl 380-rack, win2k3 server, xeon, 4 hd scsi 36,4gb with raid 5, used as a file server in our organization.
This morning the first led on the right of frontal panel is red, other as green as usual, nothing on event viewer.
What does this mean? What can i do?

Just a short note:
The upper LED is internal health LED, which means:
Red = System critical. Refer to system board LEDs to identify component in critical state.
So just take a look into the server, and you will see, which error LED is orange. Its good idea to call the HP support, cause its our work :)
