Setting up a RAID on a DL140

I am trying to set up a RAID 1 for Windows XP Pro on a DL140 G3 server that we just purchased. I read the manual and it said a message will appear on boot saying to press Ctrl-A or F8 but no message appears. When I installed the OS and HP Storage manager it says that it cannot find the controller. In the device manager there is an unknown device which I am assuming is the controller but I can't find a driver that works in XP. Can anyone help?

The boot message passes very fast. You may try again to configure the RAID first before you install the OS

I still don't see it. Does anyone know what I have to press on a G3 server to get into the RAID configuration menu.
