    <description>After installing NTSSD2.20A and RIB Ver 1.11(SP14451) the video defaults to Std VGA mode and any attempt to change the driver results in the following message to the effect -- &lt;BR /&gt;'Can not change device driver, you do not have sufficient access privileges' &lt;BR /&gt;...I am logging in as Administrator. &lt;BR /&gt;How can I change the video driver back to original?</description>

      <description>Paul, I strongly suspect you are running PCAnywhere.  Please uninstall PCAnywhere (not just stopping the service).  Land the new drivers and set your resolution.  PCAnywhere can then be reloaded</description>
