      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; we have HP ML 350 G4 Server, configuration is 3.0 Mhz dual processor, 1 GB Ram 512*2 and Raid 5 array controller, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my problem is possible to install 2 GB memory module without removing the 512*2 memory module.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can you please help to me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;chanaka.</description>

For interleaving, DIMMs must be populated in identical pairs. The system will not boot properly if multiple DIMMs of varying density or type are installed in the system."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, you can buy and install 2 * 1 Gb modules(part number 358348-B21), but not single 2 Gb module&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

Not all windows OS support more than  4 Gb memory. For example, windows 2003 standard 32-bit support only 4 Gb. So, check which OS version you run&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S.
