    <description>Is the problem that when you power down the server the fans remain spinning?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reseat all fans, if posible swap fans...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For how long? And that happened after performing a BIOS upgrade...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It sound like posible ROM corruption, why don't you check the redundant ROM, reinstall the BIOS (reflash) or do a rollback as last option...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;advice...</description>

      <description>we has dl 380 g4 server.it is runing on linux as 4.when the server is shutdow some fan are bloweing.we were updateing a frimware.problem is they.. when we were replaceing the system board problem is they....  prower cables remove and refec the cable it is normal pls help us.</description>

      <description>the problem is that they stau up.. even when the server is shut down, for how long?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PSP will install health driver that are supposed to send a shut down command to the fans but anyway I don't see whay they are staying on after SB is shut down..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;By the way, how many fans are you using?</description>
