HP will also provide Windows via the SmartStart program, I've been told, but you have to contact them (no downloads, of course).<BR /><BR />If you have an Open License or similar business license from Microsoft (i.e, not OEM or retail), Microsoft fulfillment will send you a CD for ~$20. It may take more than a week though.<BR /><BR />Or, if you have a 'business' license, I think you can use anyone's fulfillment CD. Borrow one.
