    <description>If you want all the HP tools -- SmartStart, etc. -- you can download them via hp.com. HP will also provide Windows via the SmartStart program, I've been told, but you have to contact them (no downloads, of course).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have an Open License or similar business license from Microsoft (i.e, not OEM or retail), Microsoft fulfillment will send you a CD for ~$20. It may take more than a week though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or, if you have a 'business' license, I think you can use anyone's fulfillment CD. Borrow one. (You should double-check the licensing rules first, though.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck.</description>

      <title>Basic Assistance</title>

      <description>I have a Proliant DL 145G2 with no floppy drive and am trying to load Windows Server 2003.  I don't have any CDs that came with the machine because our inventory guys lost them.  Is there a place where I can download them?  Otherwise, how can I load the OS?</description>
