      <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First thing I can see is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you got a very very old HP insight Diagnostics version 7.5 (May 2006)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;so my recommendations are:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;update Proliant Support Pack which will update controller driver, insight diagnostics tool and Array Diagnostic utility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://tinyurl.com/ypakpm" target="_blank"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/ypakpm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and after that run Firmware CD (this is for the controller)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://tinyurl.com/2v8lpg" target="_blank"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/2v8lpg&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and also update HDDs firmware if it is applicable&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01296286" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01296286&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do this run HP insight Diagnostics again also Array Diagnostic Utility and post Both again in case you got the error again&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll be waiting for the results&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;those are 3 steps&lt;BR /&gt;PSP (Proliant Support Pack)&lt;BR /&gt;Firmware CD&lt;BR /&gt;and Firmware for HDDs if applicable(it depends on HDD Model)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;something else -&amp;gt; PSP all the time ask for rebooting... &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;----&lt;BR /&gt;ok try this workaround&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. install Insight Management Agents&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://tinyurl.com/2gwdw8" target="_blank"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/2gwdw8&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. HP Insight Diagnostics Online&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://tinyurl.com/yvkw7c" target="_blank"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/yvkw7c&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;clear the IML. As far as I know, everytime you run Insight diags, it checks first the IML for errors. If the HDD do not have the Fault LED(red) on, then this is a false message.&lt;BR /&gt;Update the Firmware of the HDD too, it can be "incompatible" with the conroller's firmware &amp;amp; try to make the test with the a current version of Smartstart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pac&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
