    <description>Hi we have just installed a new DL-380G5 Server.We are running SQL 2000 applications .&lt;BR /&gt;Our OS is windows server 2003 enterprise edition.The server gets frozen when quite often.Although we can get ping replies from the server, we cannot browse  on it or connect with Remote Desktop.We can only reboot it manualy.&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help me about this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for your help but let me be more specific.&lt;BR /&gt;The symptoms are the following:&lt;BR /&gt;-When we run large sql queries or analysis services reports the server is not responding.&lt;BR /&gt;-we dont find any event in the windows event viewer that it indicates that something went wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;-The cpu usage is quite normal (it never reaches 100%)&lt;BR /&gt;-Our total memory is 8gb&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So is this a HW problem ,a software problem (i mean sql server) or windows problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many Thanks for your help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
