Hi,

did you check :

BIOS->Advanced->I/O Device Configuration

although maint & service guide states that this is related to serial port config, there is nowhere else...the tap PCI devices(like in dl140 g3 f.e) is missing...

You can also disable the NIC from Device manager.

there is no option to do so.
