    <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;i`ve a question about bbwc battery . Since october last year i had 2  battery failure. every    failure is the same(see a attachment). Now battery is broken again . Cache without battery is working fine all test passed.  i dont know what to do now- order battery again or whole kit memory+battery? &lt;BR /&gt;Tomek</description>

      <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;usually when firmware is up to date, memory has been replaced I recommend to continue with cache (memory)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards</description>

      <description>Thx for answer- so You suggest to order now battery and cache(memory). Third battery replacement is enought reason for order cache?</description>

      <description>Hello &lt;BR /&gt;maybe You`ll be able to help me again - i replaced cache and battery (i had one kit extra) and after one day problem return. So problem is not cache. Mainboard? power supply?.&lt;BR /&gt;all firmware are up-to date . &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>if FW for the controller is up to date, the battery and cache has been replace you should consider to replace the controller (6i controller in embedded in the system board), if covered under warranty or contract call HP&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,</description>
