Proliant ML110 G5 Beeping sound

Hi,
I have a HP Proliant ML110 G5 and bougth a Adaptec RAID 3405 card.
I have installed the card in the server, when I turn on the server and the POST is finish, a beep sound hear. If I press ALT key for 20 or 30 sec the sound disappear and the Windows starts.
How I resolve this problem.

just to verify since HP server are mmm very picky when talking about PCI cards not HP

so is the PCI HP?

normal troubleshooting
- update system rom
- clear CMOS

No, it is not PCI HP. I bought the card in Provantage. The card is PCI-Express.

Do you get any error message to pressing alt key for such 20 or 30 sec.
