Correctable Memory Error

i have the following errors on my server this morning.
What do they mean and how do I resolve them?

It means you have a faulty stick of mem in your server and it needs replacing!

You dont say what server it is, but its looking like the module in Slot 2 either on the system board or on memory board 1.

Pull it out and you should see a Spare Part number (or SP#) which will probably be in the form of xxxxxx-001

This is the part you need to order.

Thank you for your response. However, doing a search on this same error message, I find that other people have responded with the possibility of there being a glitch in the version of the server agent running on my serevr. My server is an HP ML 370 G5.
My server has the HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000/Server 2003 Version 7.70.0.0.
When I use the diagnostics to check memory, it does not report any error.

Ok, I would try updating your main server firmware first.
Then install the latest PSP for your OS (this updates all the Management Agents and drivers)

Easiest way for the firmware is to make a bootable CD.
Go to http://support.hp.com and put in your server model, then you can also download the latest PSP (proliant support pack)
