DL180 G5 + P400 smart array error

Every now and then the server hangs, when we reboot the system we can see that the smart array controller P400 generates an error code :
1719 -- Slot 1 Drive Array - A controller event occurred prior to the power-up. Previous lockup code = 0X9B.
We updated our ROM to support the 4x250 GB hard drivers.
Any ideas?

According to the information i found from HP the error is not indicating a controller failiure

I may not be an array error but it always shows the error after the server hangs and we are forced to shut it down manually.
