Seeing this error on a ProLiant DL585 G1 Smart Array 6400 with Smart array 6400 EM daughter board. Running windows 2003 Ent. 64 Bit. Not sure if its a driver issue or a card issue. Could not find any 64 bit drivers on the HP website that seem to apply to this hardware.

Collect the ADU report and send it in to HP Support for a quick check. It should reveal if you have a controller issue.

Make sure you have a good backup and then ensure that you are also running on the latest 6400 f/w.

Offline update:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1132643&prodNameId=378442&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-d953e02acf304fa4bc2c893b8b

Regards
