      <description>5 days ago 1 disk of a raid 5 was in fail, i have called hp assistance and they send me a new har-disk, but the controller can't see it becasuse, the hp tecnichan saw, the controller has a old firmware version.&lt;BR /&gt;I have upgraded a smart array firmare ver 1.6 to 2.84, when serve is restarted recognise array but don't boot, i have try to replace windows but it see partition but degraded, someone can help me?&lt;BR /&gt;if i try to re-put the old firmware?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hallo,&lt;BR /&gt;what is the meessage when you boot?&lt;BR /&gt;Try to Boot  from SmartStart Disk and go to Array Config Tool ACU.&lt;BR /&gt;What is shown?</description>
