larnts, <BR /> Is the Tape drive connected to the motherboard? If so, that is the reason why. The driver for the array doesn't currently support tape drives. We are currently trying to use the tape drive connected to an compaq 154457-B21 which uses the adaptec AIC7899 controller which doesn't seem supported as well. If you have any luck can you please E-mail me at dan@latestwave.com

We are running DL380 with duel pentium III 933 and 512 MB of ram. The problem we are having is having linux recognize the tape drive. We have the Tape drive hooked up to a SCSI 3 controller. During post we get the error "SCSI BIOS not installed" Any help would be appreciated. If I didn't provide enough Info please E-mail me.
