This is a special stop code that is specific to Oracle clustering. If the Oracle cluster detects corruption in the cluster, it calls the orafencedrv.sys driver to crash the server with the 0x0000ffff stop code.
To resolve this issue, you will have to work with Oracle to examine the Oracle cluster logfiles, and determine what occurred that caused it to halt the cluster.

On the other hand, for the 0xD1 stop code go ahead and update NC373i drivers to the latest and update NCU to the latest available on the hp website.
Also take a look at the below MS articles:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;949234

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;948496
