Hi,

I have an HP ML100 with SCSI disk installed. then, i was planning to install this server with mikrotik routerOS. So, i bought an HDD and connected it to ATA slots that available in motherboard. (RouterOS doesnt support SCSI disk.). But, in BIOS, i just found that ATA serial is disabled, but i couldnt enable it.

What should i do?

thanks alot.

You did not mention which G the ML110 is but normally you get in the RBSU by hitting the F10 key when during boot up. Then go to the advanced bios screen to see and enable the SATA controller, select boot priority etc..

My Proliant is ML110 (without G). I've entered advanced mode in BIOS, and could see my ATA controller menu was disabled and inactive. I have no idea how to enable it.

> and could see my ATA controller menu was disabled and inactive

You mean you have not navigated in the BIOS settings before? You could not highlight the "disabled" and toggle it to "enabled"?
