Have a DL380 G6
P62 BIOS
2 x Quad core
6 x 2Gb (3 x 2Gb per CPU - 1 x 2GB per channel)
NC382i Broadcom DP NIC
410i SmartArray with 512M BBWC

Win 2003 R2 SP2 32bit

PSP 8.30 and updated NCU (9.80.1)

Server runs fine.
Need to disable one CPU - SQL license issue.

If I use /ONECPU in boot.ini, server goes into continual reboot loop.

If I use /NUMPROC=1, server boots but NIC connectivity is lost and NCU doesn't run.
What's also interresting here is that bginfo also fails to report IP/DNS settings as well.

Any ideas?
