hi iÂ´m from mexico i have a question all my server are UnKnown SNMP and i don't know what i do, bat i thinks the are the agent

I would check that SNMP community strings on servers matches SNMP settings on Insight Manager 7, make sure SNMP is running on the servers and (if W2003) accepts connection form other hosts.
Also try to send a test trap from the server to IM7. (Control Panel -> HP Agents -> Send trap)

Carlos,

On a NT4 server install the foundation agent and the server agent. (Storage agent and net agent are optional) Re-run HP insight manager auto-discovery. Check your snmp settings first.
On NT4/W2K -> read and read-create
On W2K3 -> read and read write
