    <description>If you have Anonymous Access enabled in the System Management Homepage of the server running the VCRM, I would suggest that you turn off or disable Anonymous Access.       <title>Agent settings prohibit installing software</title>

      <description>Having problems upgrading software in via version control agent ever since applying updates about a month or so ago.  The computer running the version control repository is fine.  My other servers display my subject line when you mouse over the install icon in VCA.  I know it must be some security issue, but I can't seem to figure out where to make my changes.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.</description>
