I would not like it if I have to deploy a new certificate to all our monitored servers. Is there not a way to replace the certificate in Isight Manager? We have a recent backup so if I only know what file to replace it can be done. This will let you save the certificate. When your new instance is running, you can import that certificate from Settings --> Security --> Server Certificate --> Import Certificate.
