I've got a DL580 that wont retain STATEMGR variables from the SS Toolkit 1.7 or 1.8. I've upgraded the latest ROMs, ran erase etc all to no effect.

Did some more digging, the first time statemgr runs, it wont pick up the value, the second time it will. Anyone else seen this? DL360 and DL380's both work fine!!

I'm having a similar problem on a DL380 G3. I run 'statemgr.exe /w phase 2' then reboot the box. When I try to read the state after reboot it returns 0. Any ideas?

I'm also experiencing a similar issue. I've determined that, on a 380 G3, STATEMGR settings don't hold after an ERASE. Settings hold through a reboot and even a cold reboot, but not when ERASE is part of the equation.

Is there a switch on erase that leaves STATEMGR settings alone?

Kevin: Did you get your issue solved? I'd be curious to know if not using your PCI sniffer allowed the STATEMGR settings to keep hold.
