    <description>while trying to enable the VCDB on a new server. I get the following error in the log&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not enough storage is available to process this command&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know the username and password and server name are correct, but it won't make the connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks</description>

      <description>Uninstall the Compaq agents, completely, reboot, and re-install the agents. I was running into this too, and found that this was the only way to solve the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Brent</description>

      <description>as it turned out, this was an SNMP community string issue. Although we thought we had it setup properly, had to temporarily add public at read-create in order to get it to work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks</description>

      <description>I was having the same problem.  I noticed that the machines that had SNMP configured to accept SNMP from any host worked, but the machines that would only accept from certain hosts were not working.  When I added the host 127.0.0.1, everything worked fine.</description>
