    <description>Ok. this will set all the thresholds.  How do i then get Insight manager to set alert when these thresholds are passed?</description>

      <description>Go to 'Devices' at the top of the Homepage. Then go to Tasks ---&amp;gt; New Control Task --&amp;gt; Set Disk thresholds. Here you can define your thresholds for a group servers you select.</description>

      <description>You need to setup a task that sends email/page when a SNMP trap is recieved.  Make sure your server(s) are set to send traps to your HPIM console.  When HPIM recieves a disk utilizatin trap, it will generate an alert if a task has been setup for it.</description>
