topic Power Management Agent in Server Management (Insight Manager 7)

I have a ProLiant ML350 G3 with Insight Manager 7 SP2 installed.

The services Compaq Power Management and Compaq Power Management Web Agent are started. We have version 2.02 of these.

When I log into Insight Manager and click on Compaq Power Management Web Agent or Power Management Agents (both open the same thing) I get the error "Error: Could not read data" for PowerScope, Power Log, and EBM Log. Status and Software links both appear to work.

I attached a screen image of the error.

What do I do to fix this?

According to Compaq, there are issues with the Web Power Management Agent. I've worked with this for serveral weeks without resolution. If you come up with something let us all know. Thanks in advance!

Go to the Control Panel > Java Plug-in 1.3.1_02. Then click on the "Browser" tab and de-select all browsers. Reboot your workstation and it should now work.
