Is it possible to modify the subject in a e-mailnotification?

Unfortunately, the subject can't be fully modified for the email notifications. You can put in a subject of whatever you want (in the notification setup), but it will still be pre-pended with the built-in subject line.

Try application launch with Blat.exe (smtpmail) or sendmail.exe (mapimail).
You only have to make a workaround to get the
%noticeplaintext% variable in the mail
