I try to access the DB on the PNM server using MySQL tools.

TCP-Port: 3908
My problem:
Username: ???
Passowrd: ???

Hi, i got the same Problem. My Procurve Manager Client Credentials don't work here.
Are there standard HP Credentials to use? Or can I found the credentials somewhere else?

Would be nice if someone could provide any information on this.

hi
please check windows regional and language option on pcm server or remote client pc's
two pc regional and language settings must be english (us)

and check keyboard language

So the MySql Password should be the same like the PCM Client Password?

ohh sorry

Mysql.exe is found in the PCM server at:
\Program files\hewlettpackard\pnm\server\mysql\bin

\Program files\hewlettpackard\pnm\server\mysql\bin>mysql.exe --port=3908 --user=dbAccess --password=password netmgmt

Welcome to the MySql monitor........

go to \Program files\hewlett-packard\pnm\server\mysql\bin
Once at the prompt will need to type in the executable name that you want to run along with the executablevariables.In this case executable is the mysql.exe with the following variables

port:3908
user:the pcm user with external data base access privilages
password:password of PCM users mentioned above
netmgmt:name of the pcm database
