      <description>Hi all&lt;BR /&gt;is possibile to set per-port rate-limiting on 2610 switches?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AFAIK Cisco does it granurally 1mb per 1mb.&lt;BR /&gt;Is possibile do the same on HP?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to set some ports to 2mbit/s.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <description>I'm fairly certain you need to go all the way up to the 3500/5400 for rate-limiting support. The 2610 definitely does not do it.</description>

      <description>Ok, but more or less any other vendors (also that very cheap like linksys or dlink) does it on lower end switches.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cisco does it on 500â ¬ switches and linksys does it on 400â ¬ switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why HP does it only on switches over 2500â ¬ ?&lt;BR /&gt;May be a next features? It's very interesting...</description>

      <description>The 1800 does broadcast/multicast rate limiting only which is different.</description>
