    <description>ARP tables for one of the hosts in my network (GSP-card for rp8400 server) holds &lt;BR /&gt;xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx   000000-000000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I see this value in ProCurve switch's arp-table and in any other host in the network too.       <description>"white mode" it's when there's a software being tested (in my case software is router's/switch's operating system) vs "black mode" when there's a device.&lt;BR /&gt;someone during those tests should manually assign MAC address.If he forgets -you can find such entries in ARP table.</description>
