can't delete vlan on procurve 5406 (unauth-vid)

i've got the following failure when i'm deleting a vlan that was previously used as unauth-vid (802.1x):

# no vlan 99
Can't remove, VID 99 is auth-vid or unauth-vid.

before i tried to delete vlan 90 i've erased ALL 802.1x-lines in configuration!

what's the problem?

(config)# no vlan 233
Can't remove, VID 233 is auth-vid or unauth-vid

(config)# sh ver
