topic PCM+ and HP2610 in Switches, Hubs, and Modems

PCM+ and HP2610

Wen I try to Scan this device I get the following messsage.

Starting scan...
Failure: Device not currently supported <10.154.15.116 (10.154.15.116)>
Scan complete.

The PCM+ is 2.3 B.02.100

It says this device does not support testing of the PCM connection test? I've got the latest code in the HP 2610 i.e. R.11.25. All the other procurve devices work fine. I have a mix of 2800, 2900 and 5406s.

Any help would be appreciated.

Install B.02.322 update 9 and that should work. I have multiple 2610 devices managed.

Hi another quick question, are the PCM+ paches cumulative, i.e. If I put in update 9 does it include updates 1-8?

Hi Jack

Yes. PCM+ Autoupdates are cumulative.
The latest autoupdate would include all previous autoupdate fixes as well.
