    <description>Hello ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This error stay at indicate a defective Hardware.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Whenever this error occurs,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;1) restart the system at the next maintenance window.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) If the problem persists, replace the blade.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;In this case you need to replace the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
