Today I bought used switch from second hand and I restored factory settings by "reset" + "clear" buttons method.
After that I would like to get access to the switch, but I don't have a console cable to use console port, so I would like to use web access way, but I don't have any idea what IP address switch could has after the factory reset. My question is, maybe there is default factory IP address?

Hi,
from the manual:
By default, the switch uses DHCP to acquire the IP address of the TimeP server.

this means the switch doesn't have an ip address. but you can asign one with dhcp.

hth
alex
