3400 firmware upgrade

Hello,

We need to upgrade a 3440 switch. Actually it has k.11.63 software version (k.11.02 rom version). We cant upgrade to M_10_10 (wrong file is the error), so we think we need a previous version, but there is no older version available in the download site.

Any idea?

what have currently software version your switch

thanks for teh response. The problem is that the switch is a 3500 and not a 3400, so I was tryng the wrong firmware.
